The Jessie Film Club normally meets every 2nd Friday of the month - October-April

"Hamnet"

Starring Jessie Buckley and Paul Mescal

at The Jessie Hughes Village Hall,


Eaton.

"Hamnet, a multiple BAFTA award winning film, which started as a 2020 historical fiction novel by Maggie

O’Farrell. It is a fictional account of famous William

Shakespeare and Agnes Hathaway’s son, Hamnet,

who died at the age of eleven in 1596 and focuses

on his parents’ grief. Jessie Buckley won Bafta’s

Best Leading Actress and the movie won

Outstanding British Film."



Doors and cash bar open 7.00pm


Still only £4 entry (despite the Chancellor's best efforts!)
